Tikito is perfect for small groups or couples looking for a private boat cruise with a tropical twist. Our dock is just steps away from Nats Park, so it’s also an incredible “sailgating” opportunity to take your tailgate to the river before a Nats game! The boat accommodates up to 6 passengers, has bluetooth speakers, comfortable bar seats, a bathroom, a spacious cooler stocked with ice, LED lighting for night cruises, and a licensed master captain at your service.
On this 2 hour private boat tour out of the Yards Marina in Navy Yard, passengers have some options as far as the route goes on this zippy little tiki boat! Generally, we recommend cruising south towards Hains Point and then up the Washington Channel towards the Wharf to enjoy views of Nationals Park, the newly constructed Frederick Douglass Memorial Bridge, The United States Capitol Building, Audi Field, a panoramic view of Old Town Alexandria from afar, the National War College, The Titanic Memorial, the Washington Monument, and the Wharf.
This channel is well protected from the wind/elements, and it is a no wake zone for other boats so it is the smoothest available route. On certain occasions if it’s a calm, sunny day with limited boat traffic on the river, we can cruise north around Hains Point up towards Georgetown, but your captain will suggest the best possible option for your group at the time of your cruise.

Food & Drink Policies
All Navy Yard Tikito cruises are BYOB so passengers can sip and set sail with their drink(s) of choice! Passengers are empowered to drink whatever beer, wine, seltzer, or canned cocktail they fancy. The one exception to this is that we do not allow bottles of hard liquor (I know – we wish we could but unfortunately we can’t, sorry!). Passengers are also welcome to bring their own food (BYOF) to enjoy their cruise!
Directions
Passengers will be picked up and dropped off at the entrance to the Yards Marina. The closest nearby establishment to the entrance is District Winery. There is a gate with a code to enter, where one of our crew member’s will meet the boarding party and escort them to the boat.
Nearest Metro Stop: Navy Yard Station (about a 10 minute walk)
